Increase Height With Correcting Your Posture

Some people even many people rob themselves by walking and sitting in incorrect way. The facts are make us look shorter than the real deal. We can not let this just happen and incorrect way as our habit.  Because not only we will look straight and taller but we can show the good posture by standing in the correct way.
For walking and standing in the correct way you must train each part of your body to maintain its proper position. You must learn how to hold your head, your pelvis, your legs, sit correctly, walk correctly, plus numerous other do's and don'ts to assure you of achieving every possible inch of height.
In the picture below you can see the correct and incorrect standing position. Try to show proper and straight posture in front of mirror, you will see that you look great in correct position. 


The wrong posture is when you carry your pelvis too far forward or called Milted Pelvis . This wrong posture will rob your height and you will look no nice with this posture and the worst thing is , you will get lack of stomach muscles and make you have large stomach.
To correct your posture, you should learn how to stand in correct position then for support, you can do some yoga exercises, those yoga exercises will correct your posture also increase your height, 2 in 1. You can get taller and show good posture.
