This is How To Grow Taller Fast With Video Part 2. In this part you will see how to stretching your body. As you can see in the picture below.
The first exercise that you should so is stretching.
Overlooking and lean into the wall, lift both your hands
as high as if reaching for something higher with up to the top with a foot on tiptoe (see picture).

Hold the position in count 8 then back stand again. Do the stretching about 10 repetitions. You need to know that as long as you stretch, you should feel that your spine is stretched. This is good for suggest you to add some inch in your spine.
