Natural Way To Increase Height Part 1

Having ideal height is everyone’s dream , especially for someone who really notice the appearance and enhancing confident in society , and so important for your carrier. Maybe some of you want to be police, pilot, soldier, etc. So who don’t want to be height ? I hope this article can be used as a reference to help you add height to the maximum, of course, the result would be maximized if treated appropriately.

Several factors are important to know the techniques on how to increase height will be described below:

  1. Nutrition food

      Vitamins: vitamins are organic substances necessary for life and
essential for human growth. A balanced diet is recommended to receive the proper nutrition. Supplements can indeed help if needed, but still can’t be a substitute for food.

         1. Vitamin A

           Useful encourage growth and strong bones, aids in keeping skin, hair, teeth and gums healthy, and helps build resistance to infection. Found in: liver, carrots, egg yolks, green and yellow vegetables, milk, margarine, and fruits are the best sources of vitamin A.

            There are many more sources of other essential vitamins, including Vitamin B1, C, D, F, K. for the time being, man can find his own example of the above vitamins. (If no time would I be looking again)

         2. Mineral

            Minerals form most of the bones and teeth and helps regulate other body functions. Examples of mineral substances to increase height is: Milk / dairy products, sardines, soybeans, dry beans, and green vegetables contain lots of calcium. Try to consume as many as 600 to 1500 mg per day (recommended). Plus other important substances such as chromium, iron, magnesium, sodium, etc..

         3. Protein

            Protein needs of each person could differ, depending on physical condition, age, etc.. Usually people who are young need lots of protein to meet the nutritional dose. Consumption of foods containing protein amino acids needed to build a network, such as animal organs found in foods such as meat, poultry, seafood, eggs, milk and cheese with the right dose.

         4. Water

  6-8 glasses a day is recommended.

2. Eat with the right nutrients, do not push the diet during the growth period. Tips on how to elevate the body which is written here will be much more impact if you pay attention to the nutrients you consume.
