Face down above the floor with the palms hand support the body (such as position pushup) Take a deep breath, then gradual raise your back, then followed with your head. Lift your head up position as high as possible while holding breath you, then exhale. Repeat as much as 3 times. The purpose of this movement is to strengthen lower back.
