Still in the cross-legged position, lift both shoulders as high as possible, while taking a breather, and then lower the shoulder as she exhaled. Repeat as much as 20 times.

End the movement by taking a breath, hold in the count of three, then exhale. The purpose of this movement is to relax the stress on shoulders and upper back.
