How To Grow Taller Fast With Video Part 15 Nerve Stretch

Sit with your right foot to left thigh, slowly bend your left leg for you to hold your toes or any part of a comfortable according to you. Slowly straighten your left leg until flat to the floor. Inhale deeply, hold for a moment, then exhale. Repeat as many as 5 times. Repeat with the positions of the feet, and end with both feet together and massage. The purpose of this movement is to relax the leg muscles and back the bottom.
