Back in the cross-legged position, place your hands behind the neck with locked position (see picture). Arch left, taking the breath, and exhale while curling into right, do as much as 20 times when bend your body, keep your elbows at the lowest possible position.
The purpose of this movement is to stimulate the organ vital in the body such as liver, pancreas, stomach and intestine, also increase the flexibility of the spine.
