Exercise To Improve Posture Part 3

The Table
Sit on floor with legs straight. With an upright position, place your palms on the floor next to the buttocks. Then tuck your chin against your chest. Then lift your head to look upwards as far as possible. When doing so, also raise your body so your knees are bent while the hand remains at the starting position and straight. In this second part of Exercise To Improve Posture , you will do some stretching exercises, these simple and I bet you can do it.
II. Stretching Exercise To Improve Posture
Cobra
Facedown on the floor with your palms flat on the floor. Begin to arch your spine up leading with your chin. Arch as far as possible. Each repetition should last between 5-30 seconds.
Super Cobra
Begin with the end position such as Cobra and then lift your hips up to form an inverted V position. When you do this, keep your head until your chin off your neck / chest. Return to starting position. Each repetition should last between 10-20 seconds.
Cat Stretch
Palms and knees locked out. Inhale as you flex your spine down and bring your head up. Release the breath when your head down and arch the back upwards. Each repetition should last between 3-8 seconds.
Basic Leg Stretch
Sitting position with legs opened wide as possible. Each hand for your toes. Try to keep your knees as straight as possible. Now move the other toes. The Bridge

Pull your elbows back, following both your shoulder blades. Push shoulders down away from your ear when you turn the shoulders and draw breath. Keep your chin pulled back while rotating the shoulders, so that the chin does not juSt forward.
